How much does a roof inspection cost?
Nothing. Our roof inspections are free, with no obligation. We get on the roof, assess the real condition, and give you an honest report — no scare tactics.
Do you handle the insurance claim for me?
Yes. We document the damage, help you file or appeal the claim, meet your adjuster on site, and handle the back-and-forth with your insurance company from start to finish. See our storm & insurance page for the full process.
My claim was denied. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Several of our customers came to us after a denial. We re-inspect, document the damage properly, and appeal — and we’ve gotten denied roofs approved.
How long does a new roof take to install?
Many homes get a full roof and gutters installed in a single day — often around 12 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the roof.

Do I need a full replacement, or can you repair my roof?
It depends on the damage. If a targeted repair will genuinely solve the problem and buy you years, we’ll tell you. If the roof is near the end of its life, we’ll be just as straight about that. See roof repair.
